1. What is LibraryMantra?
LibraryMantra is an online book rental portal, which provides unlimited- unconstrained- affordable- at doorstep access to books to its members customized to their individual needs.
Our member can rent unlimited number of books and read at their own pace. We deliver the books of your choice at your doorsteps and at your comfort with a smile on our face.
We also serve our customers through our branch at Sahakar Nagar, Pune when you can enjoy browsing books in person.
 
Many of us have dreams however people are stuck in day to day routine. It's rare to take a break and the life continues to play its games. Books are good friends- who know the next book you read might take you to the next level and help achieve your dreams.

1. Will my personal information be safe with LibraryMantra? 
We do not transact on customers' personal information to third parties.

2. Can I hold 2 accounts with same mobile number? 
No, you cannot hold two accounts with the same mobile number, however you can subscribe again using another mobile number.

1. What are the payment options available? 
We accept all payment methods including debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, and so on. 

2. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card on your website?
Yes, it is safe to use your cards on our website because we route your payments through highly secure online transaction technology. To validate- you can check on the top left corner of the address bar- which indicates a Green Lock symbol. This is a testimony that all your personal and card details are secured during the transaction.

3. What is the billing cycle?
There are different membership packages based on which the billing cycle varies.
a) In the case of a monthly subscription, the billing cycle is monthly, so you will be billed every month on the day your subscription was activated.
b) In case of 3 months or 6 months- the end date is computed and the moment expiry date is nearer, a reminder is scheduled.

4. What happens if my credit card payment is declined during the payment process?
Don't worry in case of an issue. Request to keep a receipt of the transaction details and validate with banks. In the meantime, do share the transaction details and we will also validate from our accounts.

5. Will I be charged more if I am late with the monthly payments?
No, you won't be charged for making any late payments. But we will be unable to ship books to you until you renew your membership and will also collect any books you have from us.

1. How do I Search for books on your website?
You can search by title/author or can browse the site by clicking on the categories provided. 

2. What is My Wishlist?
My Wishlist is a list of the books you would like to read.  To request a book, you need to click the 'Issue Book' button against the desired book in your wishlist. Please note that you have to request the number of books as per your plan. For example - If you have 2 books plan, you need to request 2 books to complete your order. If you request only 1 book, the request will not be treated as complete.

1. After becoming a member when will I start receiving books?
As soon as your subscription order process is completed, you can start adding your desired books to your wishlist. You need to click 'Issue Book' to get the book delivered. (Issue Book button is only active if the book is available in stock).

2. How do I cancel my subscription? 
You can cancel by logging into your account or by contacting our customer care.

1. What if I take longer times to read a book. Is there a late penalty? 
No, there is no late fees or penalty. You should be an active member during the possession of a book which should suffice.

2. What if I receive a wrong delivery? 
Please contact us and we will immediately resolve the problem.

3. If I have a plan with multiple books, can I return and ask for a lesser number of books?
No. You need to request books as per your plan.

1. How can I return a book? 
Once you have read a book, you can log in to your account and click "Return All Books" under the ' Books with Me' section. Now you can request new book(s) by clicking 'Issue Book' under 'My Wishlist'.

2. How often can I change my book? 
You can change your book as often as you want. There is no limit on the number of books you can read. There may be no deliveries on consecutive days as all requests are served on the next working day.

3. What if I lose or damage a book? 
In such an eventuality you will have to pay us the cost of the book. You will not receive any further book, till such payment is made.

How can I discontinue the services? 
If you are reading this, it is sad to see you go. Wish we could have done better. Do share with us your feedback and we will further raise the bar to improve ourselves.

In your profile section- visit the 'Profile' section and click the 'Close Membership' button. We will collect the books from you (if any) and will initiate the refund of your deposit.

Please note that the cost of any damaged/lost book or any pending subscription will be adjusted against the deposit.
