Tanuja Sodhi is a well-known nutritionist, motivational speaker and author of Parenting in the Age of McDonald's. She is an ex-Indian Navy officer from the first batch of women officers. She is a mother to a 21-year-old boy, which gave her the much-needed shove and licence to write books on parenting.
